RIS-FLANGE™ System
The RIS-FLANGE™ Tanklid System is a flange based system with blind tapped holes on the tank lid, preventing vapour escape into the access chambers. The component’s rotation features allow easy fitment without strain on pipe work and without the need for sealants and jointing compounds.
Used in conjunction with our 2″ and 4″ fittings and adaptors and flexible connectors, the system makes fitting the tanklid components to the pipe-work extremely clean easy and fast. Disassembly for alterations to layouts or for maintenance is also very efficient and easy.
Fill Tees and Overfill Prevention Devices
For Fill lines on Retrofit or full RIS-FLANGE™ Tanklid systems, we can provide high quality FILL TEES, with integral retaining cages to suit ‘drop tube mounted float operated’ Overfill Prevention Devices.
Alongside this range of precision machined tees we also provide state of the art, ‘fail-safe’, normally closed overfill prevention devices to suit pressure or gravity applications.

Vent and Suction Fittings
Both plain and testable fittings are available for our RIS-FLANGE™ System.
To enable identification of the suctions and vents they are all fully labelled and the vent fittings come with several labels so you can choose to label up your Stage 2 Vent return point.
Sub-Pump Fittings
To enable easy and accurate fitting of sub-pumps to RIS-FLANGE™ tanklids we designed a variety of accessories, including:
- Sub-Pump Risers
- Sub-Pump Drain Kits
- Sub-Pump Outlet Kits
- Sub-Pump Syphons
- Sub-Pump Manifolds (for twin sub layouts)
Please note that we do not make submersible pumps but work closely with the respected suppliers of this equipment. Our Distributors will be happy to help you with the supply of these items.

Gauging and Dipping
Dipping for Water Content
This is a vital thing to know especially for ethanol blend fuel tanks. The presence of water can have a very detrimental effect on your stored fuels. Dipping open tanks is not a risk free or healthy activity, especially on Vapour Recovery Sites – so we designed the RIS-PRESSURE-DIP system. With its integral ‘drop tube’ this product allows you to dip for water without allowing the pressurised vapour in the the whole tank farm ullage to escape.
Note:
This sytem is not suitable for content / level gauging as the pressure in the tank will effect the level in the dip-tube, and will not be accurate.
