Sparking hose ends on Risbridger GSE reoiling pumps
A report came to us that one of our pumps was producing sparks whilst technicians were pumping fluid into aircraft systems.
They sent us a video.
Upon inspecting the video it was obvious that a non – Risbridger replacement hose had been used, causing sparks between the hose end and body of the pump.
Conclusion: We know how to design our equipment to make it safe, please use our authorised spare parts!
