Risbridger manufacture the patented and ATEX approved market leading Stage Two Vapour return line Shear Valve, as well as Pressure Vacuum Vent Valves and Tanker Vapour Return Adaptors with integral flame arrestors.

The InnoVent is a new top to bottom redesign of tank vent protection. Utilising low acess points for all the parts that require regular inspection and maintenance.
The system is completed with newly designed maintenance free Vent Caps, positioned at the top of the vent stack.
What does InnoVent do?
- It allows ground level maintenance of all pressure vacuum vent valves
- It prevents rain water from entering the vent stack
- It prevents free circulation of damp air in diesel as well as petrol tanks
- It collects and removes any condensation in the vent stacks
Where is the Innovation?
- Access at low level for all maintenance and testing
- No ladders, aerial platforms, gaiters or lowering of pipes
- No vapour dumping to atmosphere prior to maintenance
- During maintenance the system is fully sealed
- Takes care of working at height regulations
- Labyrinth design of vent caps prevents water ingress
- Vent caps are maintenance free
- Testing of VR system possible at low level
- Effective vent pipe condensate removal system
- Low level inspection of diesel air intake filter gauzes

Our proven and reliable PRESSURE VACUUM VENT VALVES are the only ones in the industry to have a reliable pressure setting, because it is not controlled by a spring.
• Dead weight poppet – provides accurate relief characteristics
• Linear Teflon coated bearing design – minimal contact area for low breakout force in sub-zero temperatures, drained seat detail prevents ice build up
• Reliable vacuum valve – proven design and materials
• Delrin TM (polyacetal) poppet seat – for best sealing, fuel compatibility and service life
• Environmentally friendly – upward discharge of vapour and minimal operating noise
• Heavy duty construction with anodised finish for long life in extreme environments
• Double layer gauze, seated in groove

Retain vapour in your tanks, and protect the site vapour connection point with our new low profile Vapour Adaptor, Flame Arrestor and Cap to promote retention of vapour and prevent dangerous vapour around VR connection points.

Vapour Loss Reduction
During a delivery of fuel to a storage tank, the fuel in the tank becomes aerated and turbulent, causing some of the petroleum to form into its vapour state.
Especially important now we have ethanol blended fuels, Risbridger have designed proven fittings which are simple to fit and provide a method of preventing ‘vapour growth’ and the subsequent loss of petroleum product volume in the tanks.
