Fill Tees and Overfill Prevention Devices
For Fill lines on Retrofit or full RIS-FLANGE™ Tanklid systems, we can provide high quality FILL TEES, with integral retaining cages to suit ‘drop tube mounted float operated’ Overfill Prevention Devices.
Alongside this range of precision machined tees we also provide state of the art, ‘fail-safe’, normally closed overfill prevention devices to suit pressure or gravity applications.
Overfill Prevention
The SAFEST option on the market:
- Fail-safe valves
- Testable in Situ during a normal fuel delivery
- Not beaten by low flow rates
- Not dependent on high flow for full closure
Flanged valves suitable for our RIS-FLANGE™ Tanklid are available as well as a range of valves that suit traditional threaded port tank lids.

RIS-FLANGE™ Tees
These tees have a flanged base, are precision machined from aluminium and are then anodised.
With an integral drop tube retaining cage, and optional test blank, they provide all you need to reliably and easily fit Drop tube mounted, float operated overfill prevention valves.
Available in several styles for RIS-FLANGE™ tanklids and for normal threaded port applications:
